ABOUT THE NORTH WEST HOTEL SCHOOLS
The North West Parks & Tourism Board Hotel Schools Division has established itself as one of South Africa's foremost hotel schools, offering supreme courses in Hotel Management. Being the first school in the Southern Hemisphere to achieve THETA Accreditation status, the school is leading the way in the rapidly growing tourism & hospitality industry.

Vision
"The vision of the division is to ensure that there is frequent communication between industry and all other training institutions in the country to enable appropriate, and recognised training. This will involve maintaining standards of excellence which in turn is is uniquely South African and recognised as such world-wide, and ultimately embracing an understanding of the hospitality within South Africa and projecting the image of Tourism".

All qualifications are internationally recognized and have been benchmarked against world class standards. I am forever thrilled and inspired by the passion our students show in food presentation. This always reminds me of what my mother taught me, that if you prepare food without love, those who receive it, will feel it. Our tourism industry is set for success if we continue to train and produce students who are passionate and receptive in their work, displaying a character of quality service and gratitude in their work.
